The Drive Medical Gravis is a heavy-duty electric floor lift with a 600 lb weight capacity and a manual base — the legs open and close by handle while the boom lifts by battery power. It can lift a patient from the floor, and its six-point cradle with spring clips gives a wider, more secure footprint that reduces sling squeeze. Smart safety technology includes an LCD display with battery fuel indicator, audible low-battery and overload alerts, a boom safety stop, and maintenance-due monitoring. Redundant controls keep the lift working even if the hand pendant is inoperable. Includes one removable battery and an external charger stand; the battery charges on or off the lift.
