These Terms govern your use of medemp.com and purchases from American Drug Center, Inc. t/a Med Emporium ("MedEmp," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.
1. Eligibility and Authorized Purchases
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase. If you purchase an item for another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information reasonably necessary to complete that transaction.
2. Medical Information and Product Selection
Information on MedEmp is provided for general educational, shopping, and product-information purposes. Website content is not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for advice from a physician, therapist, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Medical equipment can have important sizing, weight-capacity, mobility, safety, installation, and clinical requirements. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional when you are uncertain whether an item is suitable for you. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, weight limits, maintenance requirements, and safety guidance.

We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, compatibility information, prices, and availability. Manufacturers may change specifications, packaging, colors, accessories, or designs without notice. Product images may differ slightly from the delivered item. If an error materially affects an order, we will provide the remedies required by applicable law.

An order confirmation means that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have finally accepted or shipped it. We may cancel or decline an order before fulfillment for legitimate reasons, including:

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax, shipping, delivery, installation, assembly, white-glove service, or other charges will be disclosed before the order is completed where reasonably practicable. Insurance or Medicare reimbursement rules do not necessarily determine MedEmp’s retail cash price.

Payment must be authorized before fulfillment unless MedEmp has expressly agreed to another payment arrangement. We may use third-party payment processors to process payments.
7. Prescriptions, Insurance, Medicare, and Other Payers
Certain medical equipment may require a prescription, written order, face-to-face encounter, prior authorization, insurance verification, or other documentation. Submitting an order does not guarantee insurance or Medicare coverage.
When MedEmp assists with a healthcare claim, you remain responsible for applicable deductibles, coinsurance, non-covered charges, and amounts not paid by your insurer or government program, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable program. 8. Shipping, Local Delivery, and Pickup
Shipping, local delivery, freight service, and pickup are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Some medical-equipment categories are not eligible for discretionary returns because of hygiene, safety, customization, or product-specific restrictions. Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy eliminates rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Product Warranties
Products may include warranties provided by their manufacturers. The applicable manufacturer warranty, if any, is normally described in product documentation. MedEmp may assist with warranty questions, but manufacturer warranty decisions are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that it reflects your genuine experience and does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. MedEmp may moderate content for relevance, spam, fraud, abuse, personal information, unlawful material, or violations of website rules.

The MedEmp website, branding, site design, original text, graphics, software, and other MedEmp-owned content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, exploit, distribute, modify, or commercially use protected MedEmp content without authorization except as permitted by law. Product names, trademarks, images, and materials belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent state law applies, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without depriving consumers of non-waivable protections available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will become effective as permitted by law after the revised Terms are posted with an updated date.
