Opt Out of Targeted Advertising, Sale, or Sharing
Depending on applicable law and the technologies MedEmp uses, you may have the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information. Use Cookie Settings or another privacy control provided on medemp.com to submit the applicable opt-out.
Where required by law, MedEmp also recognizes supported browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of certain personal information. You may also have other rights described in our Privacy Policy.

What to Include
Please identify the privacy right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate and, where required, verify your records. Do not send highly sensitive medical, financial, or identity documents by ordinary email unless MedEmp specifically instructs you to use that method.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Verification requirements depend on the request, the sensitivity of the information, and applicable law.
Authorized Agents
Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require evidence of the agent’s authority and may need to verify your identity directly.
Appeals
If we deny a privacy request and applicable law provides a right to appeal, reply to our decision or contact us and clearly state that you want to appeal the privacy decision. We will process the appeal as required by applicable law.
HIPAA and Health Information
If your request concerns protected health information handled by MedEmp as a healthcare provider or supplier, additional rights may apply under HIPAA. Please review our Notice of Privacy Practices or contact MedEmp for assistance with a HIPAA request.
