We are committed to ensuring that all of our products and services meet the highest of quality standards. If any items are received in a damaged condition, please immediately (within 3 days of delivery) contact us at our Virginia Beach Location. Or you may come into any one of our four locations for an immediate return of your unused, unopened item. We will immediately replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order.

If you would like to return or exchange any unopened items, we will gladly exchange them or refund your money. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded.

An Item Is Missing
Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. My Order Didn’t Arrive
When we ship your order, we send you an e-mail to confirm your order has been shipped. We also indicate the FedEx tracking number for your reference.
