WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROGRAM?
If you are diabetic and your primary insurance is Medicare, you are eligible. If you currently use another mail-order service, we will transfer your over to our program hassle-free. We guarantee it.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
For Existing Diabetic Patients:
We will trade-out your existing meter for a brand-new Roche blood glucose monitoring device at NO CHARGE to you.
We offer the following Roche meters:
- Accu-Check Compact
- Accu-Check Advantage
- Accu-Chek Active
We will bill Medicare and/or any supplemental insurance for your regular supply of diabetic test strips and lancets. You are only responsible for any co-payment for such test strips and lancets that are not covered by any supplemental insurance you may have.
We will deliver a 90-day supply of diabetic supplies to your door each month for FREE.
For Newly Diagnosed Patients:
We will bill Medicare and/or your supplemental insurance for a brand-new Roche blood glucose monitoring device and your three month supply of test strips and lancets. You are only responsible for any co-payment for such devices that are not covered by any supplemental insurance you may have.
We will deliver a 90-day supply of diabetic supplies to your door each month for FREE.
